Types of adhesive PVC
Digital printing on adhesive PVC is carried out making use of solvent or latex inks. Files are printed at 720x720 and 1440x1440 dpi resolution.
Pvc is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use and lasts more than 3 years (reel max width 156 cm).
Easyposter big format digital printing centre is equipped with Hp Latex machinery, which use eco-friendly biodegradable inks.
There are 4 types of pvc:
Monomeric, which can be either glossy or matt (thickness: 100 micron)
Transparent
Polymeric, which can be either gloosy or matt (thickness: 100 micron)
Glossy Cast (thickness: 70 micron)
Monomeric pvc is the least expensive but also the least weather-proof one, while polymeric pvc is an extraordinarily resistant material, with bright vivid colours.
In many cases it is used for vehicle decoration.
For professional car wrapping Cast PVC is used instead, which can be plain or bubble-free, that is with a layer of micro-bubbles enabling air bubbles to
quickly disappear.
100 micron Monomeric Adhesive PVC
The 100 micron monomeric shiny, matt Adhesive PVC, is printed with solvent inks or latex. Files are printed at resolutions of 720x720 and 1440x1440 dpi and the pvc can be used outdoors and indoors;
it lasts more than 3 years (maximum width 159 cm).

100 micron Polymeric Adhesive PVC
The Polymeric Adhesive PVC, printed with solvent inks at 1200x1200 dpi resolution can be used outdoors and indoors;
it is weather-proof and its colors remain inaltered outdoors more than 4 years (maximum width cm 159).
In order to increase its duration outdoors the shiny or matt plastification is strongly advised.
Cast Adhesive PVC for motor vehicles
The 70 micron bubble free adhesive cast PVC with adhesive shiny lamination is printed with solvent inks or latex at a resolution of 1440x1440 dpi.
It is highly shapeable even on curved surfaces and lasts more than 5 years (maximum width 154 cm).
